INDIRA GANDHI INSTITUTE OF DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH

Prequalification documents are invited by Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Goregaon, Mumbai  from PROFESSIONAL contractors having experience in executing similar projects for Government/ Private organizations for the following works. 

1. Interior Works including Furniture, False ceiling, Painting & Polishing, Electrification, Air conditioning, interior civil work including plumbing, & other related works.
2. Civil works including Repair work, water proofing, crack filling, building construction, road work, Prefab structures, plumbing & sanitary, Tiling & other finishing work, Glazing, Landscaping & other related works.

Contractors who have successfully completed 3 similar works of value not less than Rupees 280 Lacs or 2 similar works of value not less than Rupees 350 Lacs or 1 similar work of value not less than Rupees 560 Lacs works during the last 7 years should only apply. Average annual financial turnover of the contractor should be at least Rupees 350 Lacs during the last 3 years. The contractor should have a solvency of Rupees 350 Lacs from any scheduled bank approved by RBI, attested copy to be attached. The contractors should submit documented proofs of the prequalification criteria & the audited balance sheets for the last 3 years. IGIDR solely reserves the right to select/ reject any applicants at their own discretion.
