Visiting Scholars Program 2019 Overview : The Visiting Scholar Programme (VScP) has been instituted at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR) as one of its outreach activities with the objective of supporting research being conducted by Ph.D scholars and junior faculty members of Colleges and Universities in India.
